The body of a wakesurfer who went missing at Clear Lake Thursday night was found Saturday night.
A witness called 911 Thursday evening to report they had seen 20-year-old John Adams going underwater, and that he never resurfaced.
The Department of Natural Resources used sonar and a remote-controlled vehicle to find Adams’ remains, which they found and recovered Saturday.
Adam is from Lake Forest, Ill. and was wakesurfing in Steuben County.
