The 10th annual Sand Sculpture Artfest kicks off Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Splash House.
Presented by CASA of Grant County, the fundraiser pits teams of sand sculpture builders against each other for the coveted sand castle award.
Space is reserved for children to build all day and it’s free to spectate.
