Authorities in northern Indiana finally have a name to go along with a body they found in a field in 1999.
The Steuben County Sheriff’s office last week said DNA tests confirmed the woman is Tina Cabanaw.
Deputies found her body in a field just north of Angola in Sept. of 1999.
They had no way to identify the body at the time, but said her death was suspicious.
Now that they have a name, sheriff’s department investigators say they are going to take another look to see if they can find out how she died.
