City leaders in Speedway think someone is putting industrial oil into the town’s wastewater system.
Speedway Wastewater has been working to clean the contaminated water over the past month.
They’d like to find the person who illegally dumped the oil and charge them for the expensive cleanup.
The town’s wastewater workers ask anyone who sees suspicious activity to call 911.
