Traffic alert: section of Miller Ave. closing for railway maintenance

On Tuesday, Sept. 17 Norfolk and Southern will be closing Miller Ave. until Friday, Sept. 20.

The closure is at the railroad tracks, just south of Ind. 18 for rail replacement work.
