Traffic Alert: Troy Avenue railroad crossing to close until Friday

Norfolk and Southern will be closing the railroad crossing on Troy Ave. about a quarter-mile south of Sherron Place on Tuesday for rail repair.

The planned reopening is Friday, Dec. 6.
