Wednesday at approximately 5:55 a.m., officers from the Indiana State Police and the Grant County Sheriff’s Department responded to a two-vehicle crash on Ind. 26 near Grant County Road 562 East, in which two men died.

The preliminary crash investigation by Senior Trooper Jeremy Perez and Senior Trooper A.J. Coffee revealed that a 2009 Pontiac G8 was traveling eastbound on Ind. 26 near County Road 562 East.

Garry Moore, 63, of Elwood, was driving a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck westbound on Ind. 26 near County Road 562 East.
