Today marks the one-year anniversary of the disappearance of Abby Williams and Libby German from a trail near Delphi. Investigators say the two teenage girls were dropped by a family member near the Monon High Bridge in Carroll County on February 13th of last year, but never returned to the drop-off spot to be picked up.
Officers found the two girls dead the following day. No one has been arrested in spite of more than 26-thousand tips called in to police.
A candlelight vigil for the girls will be held this evening in Delphi.
