The American Red Cross has now opened a shelter in Muncie for victims of Sunday’s tornadoes.
The Red Cross has opened a shelter inside the Heartland Hall Building at the Delaware County Fairgrounds on Wheeling Avenue. Those who need shelter can sleep there, get hot meals and get help from Red Cross volunteers on any number of issues from getting prescriptions filled to extra clothing and special supplies for children.
