The former human resources director at Muncie Community Schools has filed a federal lawsuit that claims Superintendent Steven Baule regularly made sexist, racist and intimidating remarks while she worked for the school system.
The lawsuit alleges numerous instances of Baule’s inappropriate, severely offensive and intimidating conduct that created a hostile work environment for several employees, both black and white.
Baule denies the allegations.
