Thanks to recently implemented tax cuts, First Merchants Corporation will give its’ employees raises and bonuses.
First Merchants will give its’ workers outside of upper-management a one-dollar an hour raise, plus a one-time 500-dollar bonus. That’s about 90-percent of the employees at First Merchants.
The company has 26 locations in the area.
