A bill that would disband the Muncie School Board is headed for a vote in the Indiana House next week.
Legislative leaders say they aren’t happy with the pace of financial reforms in Muncie Schools after an emergency manager was installed last year. The bill would replace the Muncie School Board with an appointed board from Ball State University.
