A Kokomo student at Ivy Tech Community College will be one of three students to be honored by the Indiana Department of Education.
Luke Shepherd of Kokomo will be honored today with a Postsecondary Student Award for Excellence.
The program is designed to identify and recognize career and technical education students and programs that contribute to high-quality career and technical education in Indiana.
