A statewide Silver Alert was canceled Sunday night for a missing Tipton woman.
Police were looking for 27-year-old Shainna Meadows of Tipton after she hadn’t been seen since Saturday afternoon.
The Silver Alert was cancelled Sunday evening after police say Meadows was found safe. They feared she might need medical attention.
No other details about the incident were released.
