The Delaware County Commissioners yesterday said they would no longer put a hold on building permits for a te-thousand-hog farm proposed for the northern part of the county. That came after state officials late last week approved the confined animal feeding operation.
Farmer Rhett Light plans to build the hog operation near Albany in the coming months. Despite objections from neighbors.
