Seven persons are now set to become members of the new Muncie School Board after the Muncie schools were taken over by Ball State University and the old school board was dissolved.
The new school board is made up of two attorneys, the head of the Muncie Y-W-C-A, a financial expert, a pastor and an instructor and a facilities expert from Ball State.
They are now in place to begin making decisions for Muncie Schools once the takeover becomes officials on July first.
