Indiana State Police say a man was taken to jail Monday night after he was clocked at driving 120 miles an hour along I-69 in Hamilton County. And to make matters worse, he was traveling that fast in a construction zone where fines are doubled.
The state trooper that arrested the man said he asked for a warning instead of a ticket. He was then taken to jail because it occurred in the work zone along I-69.
