The Kokomo City Council will hold a special meeting late this afternoon to vote on a rezoning that could set the stage for a four-story, 51-unit affordable-housing development just north of downtown.
Council members will vote on two rezoning measures to ensure developers can meet a late July tax-credit application deadline.
The Annex Group needs the rezoning recommendation for their project on North Washington Street.
