Trustees from Indiana Wesleyan University have approved changes in the housing policy for I-W-U students and will no longer allow off-campus housing in most cases starting with the 2019-2020 school year.
Starting next school year, only I-W-U students who are married, living with their parents or guardians or over the age of 23 will be allowed to live off campus. All other full-time students will be required to live in supervised on-campus housing.
Most students who live off-campus say they do so to save money.
Landlords near the I-W-U campus say they aren’t happy about the changes.
