The Marion “Chronicle-Tribune” announced Sunday that it will soon go to delivery by the U-S Postal Service instead of private delivery…meaning the paper won’t be arriving at most homes until afternoon instead of early mornings.
The move will also mean that there will only be one newspaper on weekends…a special weekend edition on Saturdays. There will be no printed C-T on Sunday or Monday. There will also not be any Chronicle-Tribune published on holidays when there is no mail delivery.
Chronicle-Tribune officials say they will also continue to post an online edition of the paper at 6 a-m daily Tuesday through Saturday.
The changes go into effect on April 2nd.
