Libertarian and political newcomer Michael Virgin is running for mayor of Kokomo.
The 49 year old Virgin, who moved to Kokomo in 2016, has been critical of the current administration’s handling of the city police force and local roads.
Virgin’s name will be on the general election ballot in the fall, along with the primary winners in the mayor’s race from the Howard County Democratic and Republican parties.
