Teachers, driving and smoking are the main topics of Gov. Eric Holcomb’s agenda for 2020.
Holcomb was in Terre Haute on Tuesday to talk about his plans, including finding long-term sustainable solutions to improve teacher pay.
Holcomb also wants to raise the age to purchase tobacco and e-cigarettes from 18 to 21 and create a hands-free device driving law that would ban the use of all cell phones in vehicles.
