The University of Phoenix will be canceling more than $141 million in student loan debt as part of a settlement over deceptive advertising practices.

The for-profit online university was accused by the FTC of misleading ads promising students job opportunities with major companies like Microsoft or Yahoo.

As part of the record $191 settlement, the school will forgive over $141 million in debt for students who enrolled between October 2012 and December 2016.
