The Muncie man charged with murder for the hit-and-run that killed a pedestrian in October wants his car back.
Aaron Harmon, and the co-owner, Terri Pritz, have filed a lawsuit against Northwest Towing, saying they are still holding their 2011 Cadillac.
Harmon says the towing company is “unlawfully detaining the automobile” despite a written demand for its return.
Harmon is accused of using that Cadillac to run over Matthew Smith and injuring another person.
