The CDC is investigating an E.coli outbreak linked to organic baby spinach. The outbreak occurred across seven states including Minnesota, South Dakota, Michigan, Iowa, Missouri, Ohio, and Indiana. The spinach was sold under the brand Josie’s Organic Baby Spinach and has a ‘best by’ date of October 23rd. The CDC says you should not eat the spinach and wash surfaces that may have come into contact with the spinach15
