Some highlights of the tentative UAW, General Motors deal have been announced.
Employees will receive $11,000 ratification bonuses, a shortened path for temporary workers to reach permanent status and includes a $60,000 bonus for early retirement.
The deal also includes the closure of three U.S. plants., including a large assembly plant in Lordstown, Ohio.
